• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Construction/A&A.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and submission processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.

• Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and approved drawings.
• Prepare and track submissions to authorities and consultants (e.g. shop drawings, materials).
• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and monitor progress of architectural works.
• Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and drawing revisions.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings.
