Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator (Structural) to lead site coordination and ensure architectural and structural works align with approved drawings, specs, and quality standards.

You will read structural drawings, coordinate multi-trade activities, liaise with the Resident Technical Officer, and oversee submissions, MOS, and shop drawings to keep projects on schedule and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3 years of building/construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Experience coordinating site activities with multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer in planning and executing structural and architectural works.
• Lead and coordinate site activities across multiple trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for inspections and site requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate submissions including shop drawings, materials, MOS and other project documentation.
• Review and check shop drawings submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Handle procurement and monitor the availability and delivery of architectural-related materials.
• Conduct and coordinate site inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing and mock-ups.
• Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI requirements.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support contract administration, site operations and project management activities.
• Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Working Location: Singapore 787502

Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Depending on roster and project progress
