Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, biomedical engineering, optics, physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical or scientific environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives within product lifecycle stages.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a regional role.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Adaptable and comfortable in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, planning, and go-to-market execution while providing technical and application support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and technology trend assessment.
• Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and portfolio roadmaps.
• Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Forecast and plan to support demand planning and sales strategies.
• Design system configurations based on customer applications and requirements for optical microscopy systems.
• Validate products, configurations, and technical specifications to meet customer needs.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, and conferences.
• Conduct requirement interviews and technical discussions with customers to enhance value creation and satisfaction.
• Deliver product and application training to internal teams and distributors, including developing training materials and structured programs.
• Collaborate with HQ, factories, and cross-functional teams to align global product strategies with regional market needs.
