Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, biomedical engineering, optics, physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical or scientific environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives within product lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Validate products, configurations, and technical specifications to meet customer needs.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, and conferences.
• Conduct requirement interviews and technical discussions with customers to enhance value creation and satisfaction.
• Deliver product and application training to internal teams and distributors, including developing training materials and structured programs.
• Collaborate with HQ, factories, and cross-functional teams to align global product strategies with regional market needs.
