Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships to identify product and business opportunities
• Translate business and product strategies into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and prioritized development backlogs
• Lead and coordinate product development activities from discovery, planning and design through development, QA, testing and product launch
• Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows and UI/UX concepts aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Develop and maintain project/product timelines, coordinating dependencies and deliverables across engineering, QA, operations, sales and other stakeholders
• Evaluate new product ideas and support business cases, including ROI, build-vs-buy analysis, product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Prepare product documentation covering business requirements, use cases, functional/technical requirements, product roadmap and implementation plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet product requirements, quality standards and business objectives
• Support system integrations and interoperability with external platforms, partners and relevant regulatory requirements
