Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 3–6 years of progressive responsibility.
• Experience in working on large-scale projects.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of database maintenance principles and data security.
• Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to craft practical solutions.
• Mentoring junior Business Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical and non-technical requirements.
• Develop and organize requirement specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers.
• Create and validate test cases to ensure QA aligns with requirements.
• Lead the solutioning process within a small team (3–5 members).
