Role Overview
In this vital support role within the Product Planning department, you will partner closely with both our Japan and Southeast Asia (SEA) teams to strategically build, align, and roll out new and existing product lineups. You will drive smooth product lifecycles, keep project schedules on track, analyze market and performance metrics, and build strong cross-functional relationships to successfully launch high-quality products.
Product Lifecycle Management: Provide end-to-end support throughout the product journey- ranging from initial concept design and launch prep to ongoing market evaluation and eventual product phase-out.
Project Oversight & Timelines: Track project milestones across diverse teams, ensuring all deliverables stay on schedule and hit established deadlines.
Regional & Global Alignment: Act as a communication bridge between regional offices to ensure local market demands and industry trends shape overall product strategy.
Market Analytics & Reporting: Deep-dive into sales figures, competitor actions, market developments, and product metrics to guide smart product decisions.
Data Visualization & Tools: Leverage tools like Excel and Tableau to transform raw data into clear reports, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
Targeted Research: Carry out focused market research to spotlight customer preferences, industry developments, and competitive positioning opportunities.
Team & Product Operations: Partner with the broader Product Planning team to maintain high performance standards and continuously improve product offerings.
Strategic Meetings: Participate actively in team and cross-functional discussions—including occasional evening or after-hours calls to align on goals and execution.
