Job summary

Wearnes Automotive Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT professional to provide development and administration for enterprise systems across the organization.

The role includes stabilising operations and ensuring optimal performance of business applications. You will handle user support, perform troubleshooting at multiple levels, assist in testing pre-release software, participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree or diploma in IT.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in application support and hands-on implementation.
• Experience deploying workflow and automation solutions.
• Proficient in Nintex NAC, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Strong SQL skills with knowledge in HTML and Java.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems.
• Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and elevate to vendor for resolution.
• Involve in testing of pre-release applications, related software and tools.
• Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support.
• Plan and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support application patches and upgrades.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
