Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE A Level with at least 3 passes, Diploma or recognised equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in application processing for social welfare programmes.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify application details and supporting documents for assistance schemes.
• Process applications accurately and in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
• Handle the printing, mailing, scanning and filing of letters and related documents.
• Follow up with applicants to obtain additional information or clarification where necessary.
• Handle calls, enquiries and requests from stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Identify discrepancies and carry out the necessary follow-up with stakeholders.
• Ensure applications are processed within the required timelines and service standards.
• Perform data entry & administrative tasks to maintain accurate case records and report preparation.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned.
