SUCCESS PORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking Applications Processing & Verification Officers to support processing and verification of social support programme applications. You will review details and documents, follow up for information, and handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication with applicants and stakeholders, while performing data entry and administrative duties to maintain case records.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level with at least 3 passes, Diploma or recognised equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in application processing for social welfare programmes.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify application details and supporting documents for assistance schemes.
• Process applications accurately and in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
• Handle the printing, mailing, scanning and filing of letters and related documents.
• Follow up with applicants to obtain additional information or clarification where necessary.
• Handle calls, enquiries and requests from stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Identify discrepancies and carry out the necessary follow-up with stakeholders.
• Ensure applications are processed within the required timelines and service standards.
• Perform data entry & administrative tasks to maintain accurate case records and report preparation.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned.
