Job summary

You will develop layouts, create technical documentation, and deliver solutions that satisfy customers throughout the sales process. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in technical writing and communication.
• Ability to travel up to 25% regularly and 40% occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales and customers onsite or remotely.
• Create product documentation (catalog sheets, FAQ's, Tech Briefs, Reports, installation instructions).
• Complete System Layouts; design busway layouts based on customer drawings and input.
• Troubleshoot and liaise with sales; onsite or remote support and pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with certification labs (UL, Intertek/ETL) for certifications and ratings.
