Job summary

WeLead Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a mid-level engineering professional to apply power distribution products to projects locally and across Southeast Asia, delivering reliable technical solutions and strong customer support.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and at least four years of electronics design experience, with hands-on skills in system layouts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of electronics design experience.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution layouts based on customer drawings.
• Ability to create product documentation: catalog sheets, FAQ, Tech Briefs, reports, installation instructions.
• Provide technical support to sales and customers onsite or remotely across regions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.

Job description

• Provides mid-level engineering expertise and support on the application of power distribution products to specific projects and customers locally and Southeast region.
• Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Works with moderate supervision with problem-solving capabilities under defined guidelines.

Requirements

• Possesses at least Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or relevant subjects.
• At least 4 years of relevant electronics design experience with work experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Possesses mid-level expertise of product knowledge and application.
• Knowledge in Complete System Layouts, design layouts of power distribution systems based on customer drawings and input.
• Able to create product technical documentation; catalog sheets, FAQ, Tech Briefs, Reports, installation instructions.
• Provide technical support to sales and to customers onsite or remotely to other regions as required with matters not limited to product ratings, compliance with IEC and UL codes and Standards, safety, functionality, customization, troubleshooting, installation, and pricing
• Provide onsite troubleshooting and rework and Technical liaison to the sales team
• Work with certification laboratories and international certification agencies.
• Product testing experience in certifications and ratings.
• Good technical writing and communication skills
• Able to travel occasionally within SEA for work
