Job summary

AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Application Support specialist to provide 24x7 onsite IT applications and system production support, handling inquiries via hotline and email. You will log incidents, escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd level, and execute tasks per SOP with IT engineers' instructions, including cleanroom/production floor troubleshooting.

The role follows a 4- to 3-day shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Good communication and a positive working attitude.
• Diploma in Information Technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 onsite IT applications and system production support.
• Answer and respond to all IT applications and systems related inquiries, hotline calls and emails.
• Log all the incidents and issues reported by ams-Osram users.
• Escalate unresolved IT and application issues to 2nd and 3rd level of support for resolution.
• Execute tasks based on SOP and IT engineers' instructions.
• Attend and troubleshoot IT and application systems issues in cleanroom or production floor.
• Follow a 4 days work / 3 days rest; 12 hours shift pattern.

• To attend and troubleshoot IT and application systems issues in cleanroom or production floor.




• Perform the duty following a work routine of 4days work/3days rest; 3days work/4days rest, 12 hours shift pattern.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Information Technology




• Min 1 year experience in Application Support




• No experience candidates are welcome as training will be provided.




• Good communication and working attitude.
