Job summary

LYNEER CORP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a production support professional for rotational 24/7 duties in a banking environment.

You will handle incident/problem management, monitor production systems, and ensure SLA adherence while resolving performance and reliability issues across the stack. Applicants should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and working experience in Windows/Unix environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience troubleshooting full-stack applications.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience in Banking or Anti‑Money Laundering domains.
• Production support in Windows and Unix environments.

Job description

Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties as mentioned below.

• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
• Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production, the maintaining application is done by the Production team
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
• Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.
