Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and sales teams on all product and application-related requirements.
- Attend to product-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Plan and conduct regular product updates, application training, and technical workshops for assigned customer accounts/territories.
- Consult on product configuration, solutions, and applications for end-users, including clinicians, doctors, and biomedical personnel.
- Conduct product demonstrations, educate customers on features, functions, and benefits.
- Support sales managers on projects and tender specifications, ensuring proposed solutions meet requirements.
- Organize and deliver end-user training, including training schedules, preparation of materials, and quick guides.
- Support project delivery and installation, including product settings, parameters, and configuration setup per customer requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth product commissioning and delivery.
- Provide technical and service support, including warranty and post-warranty servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Deliver product technical and service training to assigned customers.
- Standby for project trials, post-sales support, and warranty duties as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience in Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, or Ventilator-related products.
- Diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
