Job summary

Cisco in Singapore leads the APJC Programs Office within the Splunk APJC Technology & Strategy Office, driving governance, execution and operational discipline for the region's strategic initiatives. You will translate priorities into executable programs with clear ownership, measurable outcomes and sustained impact across divisions and markets.

As a senior program leader, you will build governance, cadence and dashboards, surface risks early and coordinate with regional and global stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD with extensive senior program leadership experience.
• At least 4+ years of supervisory or cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience leading regional/global strategic programs in a complex tech org.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, go-to-market execution and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APJC Programs Office and establish the operating model for regional strategic program execution across the APJC Technology & Strategy Office.
• Partner with senior leaders to convert strategic priorities into clear programs, milestones and ownership models.
• Build governance, executive reporting, risk management and dependency tracking for initiatives.
• Develop program management resources to ensure disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product & Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partners, Operations and Finance.
