You will partner with Cisco and Splunk teams, mentor senior architects, and guide security transformation engagements across CISOs and security leaders, driving pipeline, technical wins, and renewal protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 15+ years in enterprise technology or security.
• Proven people leadership across multiple countries and markets.
• Experience leading regional technical sales, security architecture, or specialist teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and operations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead APJC Security Solutions Architecture organization with senior specialists.
• Own regional technical strategy for Splunk Security aligned to market opportunities.
• Drive execution focused on opportunities, customers, and initiatives with impact on pipeline and renewal protection.
• Partner with Account Solutions Engineering to provide expert guidance in discovery and solution development.
• Shape strategic customer engagements with CISOs and security leaders on transformation initiatives.
