Job summary

Cisco Systems (USA) Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior leader to head the APJC Programs Office, guiding the governance and execution of regional strategic initiatives.

You will translate priorities into executable programs with clear ownership, milestones and measurable outcomes while partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Product & Technology, and Finance. You will build and manage the governance framework, drive cross-functional alignment, and surface risks early to sustain business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree OR 12+ years with Master’s degree OR 8+ years with PhD.
• 4+ years of supervisory or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience leading regional or global strategic programs in a complex tech organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, technical sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APJC Programs Office and establish the operating model for regional strategic program execution.
• Convert strategic priorities into clear programs, milestones, ownership models and measurable outcomes.
• Build and manage governance framework for APJC initiatives including reviews and risk management.
• Guide and develop program management resources to ensure disciplined execution across initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product & Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partners, Operations and Finance.
• Ensure programs connect to regional business priorities including growth, adoption, and field productivity.
• Establish mechanisms for program intake, prioritization, sponsorship, execution tracking and benefits realization.
• Create executive-ready materials and dashboards for visibility into progress and risks.
