Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior learning and capability leader to design and scale workforce development across APJC. You will translate business priorities into scalable learning programs, lead integrated experiences, and drive measurable performance improvements across enterprise teams.

In this role, you will define a regional strategy, oversee content creation across formats, and ensure learning embeds across LMS/LXP, events, and channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning, leadership development, talent strategy, or workforce transformation with enterprise-level impact.
• Must have experience in strategy consulting, HR transformation, or advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of workforce capability frameworks, leadership development, and performance enablement.
• Experience operating in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into practical, scalable workforce and capability solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Build learning-in-the-flow-of-work systems that accelerate workforce performance and enable business transformation across APJC.
• Translate strategic priorities, organizational shifts, and capability gaps into scalable learning and performance solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the design and deployment of integrated learning experiences that connect skills to real work, enabling teams to outlearn, adapt, and outperform in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Define and implement an APJC workforce learning and capability strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact learning content across formats (live, digital, social, and experiential).
• Ensure learning experiences are engaging, accessible, and embedded across platforms (LMS/LXP, events, and media channels).
• Establish clear links between learning outcomes and business performance metrics (e.g., productivity, growth, cost efficiency, engagement).
