Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in a Learning and/or Organisational Development role.
• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional design and e-learning development.
• Deliver learning and development programs both in-person and virtual.
• Oversee delivery of induction and compliance training.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Region.
