Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is preferred.
• WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) adds advantage.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation skills; capable of independent work within teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of end-to-end learning curricula aligned to transformation priorities and capability needs.
• Define curriculum pathways to support role-based and career development journeys.
• Establish standards, frameworks and governance for curriculum development across RWS Academy.
• Work with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and develop in-house training content for RWS Academy’s knowledge management.
• Design high-impact learning solutions using instructional design methodologies and blended formats.
• Translate business requirements into structured learning journeys with outcomes, assessments and metrics.
• Serve as lead facilitator for key programmes and coach internal trainers on facilitation and adult learning techniques.
• Oversee capability building for internal trainers and ensure quality assurance of training programmes.
• Design evaluation frameworks to assess learning effectiveness and link outcomes to business performance.
