Job description

The Learning & Development Partner (ASIA) at SJ Global Academy will shape and deliver impactful learning experiences across ASIA for the SJ Group, blending creativity with strategic thinking to support regional development and global learning initiatives. The incumbent will lead instructional design, e‑learning development, program facilitation and LMS operations, driving key programs such as Graduate Development, induction and compliance training. The role engages strong collaboration with the SJ Global Academy team, People & Culture team and Business Leadership to build and implement practical learning solutions aligned to business strategy.

High energy and adaptability are expected to deliver impactful and dynamic workshops and development sessions tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage instructional design and e‑learning development to create impactful learning experiences aligned to learner needs.
• Deliver and facilitate learning and development programs and workshops both in-person and virtual, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge in line with learning objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of induction and compliance training to ensure all employees meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support learning and development initiatives.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) regionally, including overseeing reporting and analytics to demonstrate learning impact and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience ideally in a Learning and/or Organisational Development role.
• Proven experience in instructional design and e‑learning, preferably in technical or consulting environments.
• Hands‑on experience in LMS such as Docebo or Workday Learning.
• Proficient in learning technologies such as Articulate360 Rise, ElevenLabs, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Led initiatives through the entire learning cycle, proficient at creating learning materials, graphics and presentations.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
