Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales operations, sales strategy, finance or related fields (10+ years).
• Experience leading a divisional sales operations team in a multi-geographical hi-tech sales org.
• Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Drive org-wide transformation from an operations lens; prioritize to scale the APJ Tech org.
• Lead with technical depth to credibly guide a technical field.
• Earn trust across a matrixed org and influence stakeholders.
• Use Field Tech Operations as a platform to drive change at scale.
• Drive productivity through automation and AI to increase output.
• Build systems and a single source of truth for scalable insights.
• Run operating cadences with solid governance and reporting.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations and insights team.
