Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited seeks a customer-obsessed Innovation Program Lead to drive customer impact through innovation experiences, blending Amazon culture with AWS technology to help enterprise customers discover, invent, and productionize their ideas. Qualifications

6+ years of Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
Experience presenting to executive audiences (technical and non-technical).
Strong first-principles problem solving to translate challenges into actions.
Ability to apply AI/ML to solve business problems and engage both technical and business audiences.
Track record of delivering measurable customer outcomes with field sales teams.
Experience operating across APJ markets with regional nuances.
Consulting background advising senior leaders on technology-led transformations.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools to customer engagement workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate executive-level innovation sessions that bring Amazon's culture of innovation to life for customers.
Apply first-principles thinking to translate challenges into AI-driven solution pathways.
Own the customer journey beyond engagement, activating customers and driving adoption with field teams.
Design and implement scalable engagement frameworks and AI-enabled processes.
Build playbooks, templates, and tooling to scale engagement patterns regionally.
Develop next-generation content modules focused on generative AI and applied AI.
