Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Senior AI/ML practitioner for AWS ProServe ASEAN with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise cloud transformation. You will advise senior business and technology leaders, shape AI strategies, lead large-scale engagements, and mentor delivery teams to drive measurable business outcomes on AWS.

Based in Singapore with ASEAN travel as required, you will partner with customers across FSI, telecom and retail to accelerate

Qualifications

7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
Experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to solve large-scale optimizations, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
5+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience.
Ability to think strategically about business, solutions and technical challenges.
A minimum of 3 years working experience in ASEAN region, and ability to travel to customer locations in ASEAN as needed for pre-sales and delivery activities.

Responsibilities

Advise customer technologists and business leaders on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML on AWS to deliver measurable business value.
Lead executive and technical workshops with customers to identify transformation opportunities and define AI/ML outcomes.
Drive large, complex engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation to successful delivery outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight to ensure alignment on scope, architecture, and timelines.
