Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Customer-obsessed Innovation Hub Lead to grow the APJ Innovation Hub. You will set the vision for the hub, lead the experiences it delivers, and own the business outcomes it generates—helping customers discover, invent, and productionize AI-enabled solutions.

You will facilitate executive engagements, partner with field sales, and build scalable mechanisms to drive adoption across diverse markets, industries, and cloud maturity levels,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving ability and ability to deconstruct complex challenges into action plans.
• Experience applying AI/ML capabilities to solve business problems and drive transformation for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate executive-level innovation experiences with senior leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Drive customer impact by activating field teams and shaping scalable engagement mechanisms across APJ.
• Develop next-generation content on generative AI and applied AI and maintain a modular content roadmap.
