Job summary

Kong Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, APJ, to equip the sales team with training, content, and processes that drive revenue in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will align sales and marketing efforts, optimize the buyer’s journey, and collaborate across product, marketing, and customer success teams. The role emphasizes developing onboarding programs, managing content like battle cards, and integrating enablement tools (CRM/analytics/LMS) to boost productivity and win rates

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or related roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create impactful content.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Sales Training and Onboarding: Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires.
• Content Development and Management: Create, curate, and organize sales enablement content (playbooks, case studies, presentations, battle cards).
• Tool and Technology Management: Implement and manage enablement tools and ensure integration into workflows.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs like productivity, win rates, and quota attainment; provide actionable insights.
