Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a SCPM Geo Leader for APJ to own the regional ABM strategy and align marketing investments across digital, events, partner, and ABM programs. You will act as the voice of the customer, representing growth targets and working with sales leadership to drive revenue in the geo.

You will lead a regional ABM program, adapt global playbooks to the local market, and influence multi-channel marketing investments with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
• Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience leading in a matrixed environment and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own regional ABM strategy and accountable marketing investment per geo.
• Lead and scale ABM programs with regional adaptation of global playbooks.
• Represent regional marketing to sales leadership and manage the investment framework.
• Translate local customer insights into actionable briefs for product, industry, PR, and analyst teams.
• Build an inclusive regional marketing community and coach marketers across functions.
