Job summary

TP ICAP in Singapore seeks an APAC AI Lead Engineer – Global Broking to lead technology initiatives that automate front-office workflows, design AI-enabled tools, and partner with brokers and desk heads to drive productivity and faster decision-making.

This role requires strong AI engineering experience, Python, APIs and cloud platforms, with a governance-focused mindset. You will collaborate across Global Broking, AI Lab, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-enabled productivity solutions in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong front-office engagement with brokers, desk heads and business managers.
• Knowledge of governance, architecture, security-by-design and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, cloud platforms and structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC brokers, desk heads and business managers to identify high-value productivity, automation and workflow improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI, automation and workflow solutions that can be tested, governed and scaled.
• Lead the delivery of APAC AI use cases from discovery and prototyping through to production deployment and desk adoption.
• Define clear business outcomes, benefits measures and adoption plans for each use case.
• Work with desk sponsors to ensure solutions are embedded into day-to-day workflows and deliver measurable productivity improvement.
