KS Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on APAC AI Lead Engineer to drive AI-powered innovation across its Global Broking business in Singapore. You will work directly with brokers, trading desks and senior stakeholders to develop practical AI solutions and automate workflows.

You will lead AI initiatives from PoC to production, collaborating with global AI engineering, risk and compliance teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery and tangible business outcomes across APAC.

Qualificações

• Hands-on AI engineering and tech delivery experience, ideally in financial services.
• Proven track record building LLM-based apps, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Experience with Voice AI, Speech-to-Text, ASR and multilingual NLP.
• Strong Python, API, cloud, Git and CI/CD skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered apps and automation solutions.
• Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and API integrations.
• Collaborate with brokers and desks to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop AI tools for market information, research, and front-office workflows.
• Develop Voice AI and surveillance solutions including voice transcription and translation.
• Explore Speech-to-Speech AI and voice technologies to improve front-office workflows.
• Build Voice Surveillance systems using ASR models and predictive analytics.
• Lead AI initiatives from PoC to production and adoption.
• Partner with security, governance, and compliance teams for scalable delivery.
• Drive AI adoption across APAC with measurable business outcomes.
