Job summary

TP ICAP APAC is seeking an APAC AI Lead Engineer - Global Broking to partner with brokers, desk heads and business managers to identify high-value AI-driven productivity opportunities and automate workflows across front-office desks in APAC.

The role reports to APAC Global Broking leadership and to the Global AI Lab, ensuring alignment with TP ICAP architecture, security, risk, and governance standards while delivering measurable productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Desk-Level Productivity & Business Engagement: Partner with APAC brokers, desk heads and business managers to identify high-value productivity, automation and workflow improvement opportunities.
• AI Solution Design & Development: Design, prototype and deliver AI-enabled tools, agents, applications and workflow automations using TP ICAP platforms and development standards.
• Delivery, Adoption & Benefits Realisation: Lead APAC AI use cases from discovery to production deployment and desk adoption.
• Governance, Risk & Technology Alignment: Ensure AI solutions meet architecture, security, risk and compliance requirements.
