Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Principal Analyst to lead compensation and benefits design, governance, and analytics for APAC. You will drive benchmarking, policy updates, and program communications while partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasises data-driven insights, cross-country governance, and collaboration with the Director, APAC Total Rewards to deliver strategic Total Rewards initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across APAC.
• Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analyses to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to implement changes aligned with Total Rewards objectives.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, communications, and employee materials.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and data integrity for compensation programs.
• Lead and participate in global pay equity analyses and remediation initiatives.
