You will shape Total Rewards strategies across compensation, benefits, recognition, and related programs, partnering with stakeholders to deliver data-driven advisory and policy governance within a dynamic, regional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in any field.
• 5+ years of direct experience in regional Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits.
• Fluent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify Total Rewards opportunities and risks across APAC and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate priorities into Total Rewards programs.
• Use external market data to assess compensation and benefits competitiveness.
• Provide data-driven advisory on compensation, benefits, recognition and Total Rewards.
• Support review, renewal, and implementation of Total Rewards programs with clear communications.
• Review and govern Total Rewards policies and job evaluation practices.
• Assess impact of proposed solutions and report on success and learning.
