Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5–8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
Experience supporting multiple countries within Asia Pacific region.
Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and salary administration.
Experience with Workday and compensation survey platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Total Rewards advisor for HR leaders and managers across the APAC region.
Lead regional execution of compensation programs including salary reviews, promotions, and market adjustments.
Provide governance for pay equity reviews and policy application.
Manage regional benefits programs and vendor relationships.
Monitor market trends and advise on regional Total Rewards strategies.
