Job summary

You will lead annual reward cycles, benchmark market data, and partner with HR stakeholders to balance regional consistency with local market needs, while strengthening governance and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in compensation, benefits, total rewards or related HR.
• Experience supporting reward programmes across multiple APAC markets.
• Experience working with enterprise HR systems and reward data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country People teams to advise on reward across APAC.
• Implement global reward strategy across APAC, adapting to local requirements.
• Lead annual reward cycles including salary reviews, incentives, budgeting, governance.
• Provide guidance on salary positioning, offers, promotions and retention actions.
