Job summary

FedEx Express Asia Pacific is seeking a Total Rewards Advisor based in Singapore to partner with HR and business leaders on compensation, benefits, recognition and other Total Rewards programs. The role focuses on delivering data-driven, market-competitive solutions that align with business strategy and employee value.

You will analyze market data, support policy governance, evaluate jobs, and advise on competitive Total Rewards across the region in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of direct experience in regional Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal, with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with job evaluation and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify Total Rewards opportunities and risks across the region and recommend solutions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate priorities into Total Rewards solutions.
• Leverage market data to assess compensation and benefits competitiveness.
• Provide data-driven consultative advice on Total Rewards matters balancing employee needs and business affordability.
• Support review and governance of Total Rewards programs with stakeholders and vendors.
