Job summary

The role requires 5+ years regional Total Rewards experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Power BI. You will partner with leaders to translate priorities into practical solutions and help shape competitive rewards strategies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Minimum 5+ years in regional Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits.

• Ability to present and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify Total Rewards opportunities and risks regionally.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to translate priorities into Total Rewards solutions.
• Use market data to assess compensation and benefits competitiveness.
• Advise on Total Rewards matters with data-driven insights.
• Support review and implementation of Total Rewards programs with stakeholders.
• Goven Total Rewards policies.
• Assess impact of solutions and report outcomes.
