Responsibilities

• Lead all reward-related activities across Asia and act as regional SME on compensation and benefits.
• Manage annual compensation review cycles and oversee salary benchmarking and market analyses.
• Administer short- and long-term incentive programmes and ensure governance/documentation of plans.
• Conduct reward analytics, scenario modelling and workforce-related simulations.
• Provide insights on market trends and advise on reward implications across jurisdictions.
