Job summary

Lesaffre Iberica SA seeks a Technical Product & Application Expert to act as the primary technical liaison between Gnosis by Lesaffre and customers and manufacturing partners across APAC and Greater China. This role blends scientific expertise with practical application to enhance customer experience and support product development.

Responsibilities

• Travel 30%–50% across APAC and China.
• Provide expert technical guidance to commercial teams during customer interactions.
• Deliver customized technical services including formulation support, stability testing, and application development.
• Support quality teams in resolving technical aspects of customer complaints through root cause analysis.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of analytical methods to external laboratories and customer sites.
• Serve as the primary technical contact between Gnosis and CMOs/CDMOs.
• Translate complex specifications into clear manufacturing guidelines and provide on-site training.
• Coordinate with global R&D to resolve formulation, stability and process challenges.
• Organize and centralize technical documentation to support R&D functions.
• Bridge communication between commercial, R&D, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development.
