Sodexo Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior culinary leader to shape and drive the APAC culinary identity, aligning global strategies with regional execution. You will guide multi-site operations, elevate food quality, and embed innovation across concepts while partnering with Google and regional teams.

You will mentor senior chefs, champion sustainability, and manage budgets to optimize menu engineering, waste reduction, and service excellence in a dynamic, luxury-focused environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of senior culinary leadership experience in reputable F&B brands, luxury hospitality, or large-scale contract catering.
• High technical culinary skills across multi-concept environments with proven menu development track record.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and writing abilities to convey complex culinary strategies.
• Collaborative team player able to rally cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Supply Chain) toward a shared vision.
• Deep understanding of APAC culinary landscape, trends, and regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and articulate a cohesive culinary identity for the APAC region and translate global strategies into regional toolkits.
• Oversee multi-site food quality and operational standards; introduce best practices and trends to boost productivity and service levels.
• Engage with Google leadership and Sodexo regional teams to align culinary strategy with workplace experience goals.
• Coach and mentor senior development chefs and site heads; foster recognition and growth through workshops and digital initiatives.
• Own regional culinary budgets and drive financial performance through menu engineering, food cost analysis, and waste management.
