Job summary

The LEGO Group, based in Singapore, seeks a Talent Acquisition Attraction Manager to shape APAC employer branding and attraction strategy. You will translate global programs into locally resonant campaigns across Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China and India, and partner with TA, Communications and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Delivered measurable employer branding and talent attraction strategies across the APAC region.
• Localized employer branding and attraction campaigns for markets including Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China and India.
• Managed paid social campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and measured campaign performance through analytics.
• Built partnerships with regional and global stakeholders to deliver shared attraction objectives.

Responsibilities

• Translate global initiatives into local APAC campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with TA, Communications and business leaders to deliver attraction strategies.
• Own Talent Attraction across APAC and China; drive regional alignment.
• Lead multiple projects with high execution standards.
