About the role

As our Talent Management Partner, you'll help shape how talent is identified, developed, and grown across the region at an important stage in the LEGO Group's evolution. We're expanding our approach to Talent Management to reach a broader population and create greater consistency, impact, and scalability across the organization. This creates a unique opportunity to influence both the direction and delivery of Talent Management. You'll bring fresh perspectives, practical expertise, and thoughtful challenge, helping us strengthen our approach while ensuring global principles are translated into meaningful solutions that reflect regional needs and business priorities. Rather than stepping into a well-defined framework, you'll join a journey where your insights, judgement, and experience will help shape what comes next.

  • Talent Assessment & Leadership Development

  • Workforce Analytics and Talent Insights

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen

  • Stakeholder Management & Influencing

  • Facilitation & Executive Communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organizational Development Methodologies

  • Cross-Cultural Leadership

  • Change Leadership

What you'll build
  • Build robust succession plans for critical leadership roles

  • Increase leadership readiness and succession health across the region

  • Drive greater internal mobility and talent development activity

  • Facilitate high-quality talent reviews and succession discussions

  • Strengthen diverse leadership pipelines and retention of key talent

  • Establish effective talent governance, reporting, and metrics across Asia

If you've worked in a role where you designed and implemented talent management strategies across multinational organizations, led succession planning for senior leaders, and used workforce insights to influence business decisions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect strategy, data, and stakeholder partnership to create meaningful talent outcomes.

Life on the team

You'll join Global Talent Management within People, Places & Culture. The team helps ensure the leadership capability, skills, and experiences needed to deliver current and future business strategy. Working as a global center of excellence, the team collaborates across functions and geographies, with a strong focus on partnership, data-informed decisions, talent reviews, and continuous improvement. The hybrid working rhythm supports connection and collaboration across locations.

What success looks like

Success means creating stronger succession coverage, improving successor readiness, and helping leaders make confident talent decisions. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help advance talent management frameworks, strengthen leadership pipelines, expand internal mobility, and increase the use of talent insights in decision-making. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, regional People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Reward, and colleagues across the global Talent Management Centre of Excellence.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
