Job summary

LEGO Group Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a one-year contract delivering the APAC Talent & Organization Readiness programme across talent, leadership and capability development. You will coordinate across APAC leadership teams, Global Centres of Excellence and local HR, driving execution, governance and executive reporting to translate strategy into tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Several years of programme or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or Organisation Development would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and senior executives across markets.
• Strong planning, organization and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insights capability.
• Ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity in matrix organisations.
• High ownership, resilience and proactive problem-solving with execution bias.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive reporting.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums preferred.
• Experience across Asia Pacific markets or global matrix desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme management of the Asia Talent Readiness initiative.
• Act as the programme integrator across all Talent Readiness workstreams.
• Coordinate multiple strategic workstreams ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive governance and executive reporting with dashboards and papers.
• Partner with business leaders and Global Centres of Excellence to enable execution across Asia markets.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, risk registers and dependency tracking.
• Support talent analytics to inform leadership discussions and workforce decisions.
• Coordinate communications and change management activities for stakeholder engagement.
• Continuously improve programme effectiveness and governance.
• Scale Talent Readiness approach to align with PLAN30 through 2026/2027.
