Job summary

LEGO Group in Singapore seeks a senior leader to drive the regional commercial strategy across APAC. You will be the central lever for growth, partnering with Market Group Heads to shape ICP, pricing, channel strategy and global programs, ensuring the voice of customers informs decisions.

You will lead the APAC Regional Commercial Development Team, nurture collaboration with the Global team, and influence sales, marketing, and operations to deliver sustained growth across the diverse APAC region.

Qualifications

• 15 years' working experience and a strong track record in business performance and commercial leadership.
• Experience in working internationally or with international companies/brands. Work experience within Asia Pacific region is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Commercial Development Team and drive APAC market group strategy and governance.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Development to deliver global process improvements and sponsor digital transformation.
