Job summary

Dyson is seeking a results-driven talent professional to support hiring for Commercial, BU & Global Revenue across APAC. This role covers end-to-end technology recruitment, talent pipeline development, and employer branding, while partnering with leaders to drive workforce plans and DEI initiatives.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, and provide strategic guidance to business leaders on people-related matters, ensuring compliant HR operations and engaging talent

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with a talent acquisition background in a regional role.
• Experience recruiting within technology, engineering, or fast-paced industries.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law & HR operations.
• Deep sourcing skills across multiple channels and tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping).
• Excellent stakeholder management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner hiring managers on recruiting strategy end to end.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve time-to-fill and quality of talent pipeline.
• Track, analyse, and report recruitment data to drive improvements.
• Champion employer branding and provide market talent intelligence.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion DEI.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance with local labour laws.
