Job summary

Dyson is a global technology company seeking a Senior Talent Manager to design and deliver talent initiatives across leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management worldwide.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify, develop, and accelerate talent, building leadership strength and a high-performance culture across Dyson's global organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Learning & Development.
• Experience managing succession planning and talent review processes in a global organisation.
• Strong understanding of performance management methodologies and talent assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver talent initiatives across leadership development and succession planning.
• Lead talent reviews and identify high-potential talent and future leaders.
• Develop talent profiles and development recommendations for key populations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to drive talent decisions.
• Analyse talent data to inform workforce strategies and governance.
