Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is seeking a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment across the APAC region. The role reports to the APAC People & Culture VP and requires deep market knowledge, stakeholder influence, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

You will develop strategies, mentor recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and ensure a data-driven, candidate-centric hiring process across APAC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background supporting Sales & Marketing in APAC.
• Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of local APAC labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
• Enhance candidate experience and timely communication.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
