You will develop strategies, mentor recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and ensure a data-driven, candidate-centric hiring process across APAC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background supporting Sales & Marketing in APAC.
• Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of local APAC labor laws.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC to lead our recruitment efforts across the APAC region. Reporting to the APAC People & Culture VP, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent markets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals for the APAC region.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Enhance candidates’ experience through efficient processes and timely communication, ensuring a positive impression of the company.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitor activities to advise on talent acquisition strategies.
• Support in the implementation of global, functional, and regional HR initiatives across APAC regions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong background in supporting commercial roles such as Sales & Marketing across the APAC region
• Experience within the consumer electronics and/or FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations across APAC countries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven recruitment.
