Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Strategy Manager for the APAC region to shape and execute our long-term strategic vision, including Strategy 2030 goals. You will lead cross-border initiatives, work with senior leaders, and drive market analysis and innovation.

The role requires deep expertise in strategy development, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel across APAC countries. Prior consultancy background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years in strategy roles with APAC exposure.
• Proven track record leading strategic projects across markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in M&A strategy is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning and execution for the APAC region.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align APAC with Global strategies.
• Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business model innovation.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executives.
• Own Strategy 2030 initiatives at country level.
• Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across markets.
• Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums.
