Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive One Company culture across APAC. You will translate global frameworks into local initiatives, work with Global Culture & Change, APAC HRBPs, and business leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors, collaboration, and performance during transformation and PMI phases.

The role requires 6+ years in HR, strong facilitation and stakeholder skills, and experience in multi-country environments.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years in HR with 1.5–2 years in Culture, OD, Change Management or HR Transformation
• Hands-on delivery of culture/change initiatives in regional/multi-country environments
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in APAC/multicultural contexts
• Exposure to post-merger integration or large-scale transformation
• Background in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related fields
• Cultural sensitivity & systems thinking; Influencing without authority

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and localization of One cultural pillars: Lead, Collaborate & Perform as One Company
• Translate global culture guardrails into country-level actions, workshops, and leadership practices
• Act as APAC SPOC for One Company culture initiatives and communication
• Integrate culture messaging into regional forums, Level Up Talks, and leadership touchpoints
• Design and facilitate culture, leadership, and team effectiveness workshops
• Lead Post Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) workshops to translate insights into actionable commitments
• Embed culture principles into people processes (performance management, leadership development, engagement initiatives)
• Curate and deliver Level Up Talks to reinforce leadership behaviours and change narratives
• Support structured change initiatives across APAC including PMI with culture integration
• Partner with business and HR leaders to diagnose cultural risks and PMI pain points
• Apply change management tools: stakeholder mapping, comms planning, readiness and adoption tracking
• Ensure aligned culture messaging with Global Culture & Change teams
• Support building/enabling APAC Cultural Influencer network
• Capture local feedback and share insights with Global teams
• Prepare concise, insight-driven APAC culture updates for HR leadership
